1. Booking & Confirmation
All catering bookings must be confirmed with a signed agreement and a non-refundable deposit. Final headcount and menu selections must be submitted at least 7 days before the event.
2. Payment Terms
A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 3 days prior to the event. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, credit/debit card, or UPI.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the event will receive a full refund minus the deposit.
Cancellations within 7–14 days will incur a 50% charge of the total cost.
Cancellations less than 7 days prior to the event are non-refundable.
